Painting People Booking Terms

Your date is confirmed once we've agreed the booking and you've accepted these terms.

Payment is due according to your invoice. If you need a PO or have a particular payment process, just let us know.

If you need to cancel more than 14 days before the workshop, we'll refund you, minus anything we've already paid for specifically for your event.

Within 14 days, the booking is non-refundable.

Plans change. With more than 14 days' notice, you can move your booking once, subject to availability, to a date within the next three months.

Within 14 days, our cancellation terms apply. Any costs we've already incurred, such as travel, accommodation or materials, will also need to be covered.

If the group size, timings, location or workshop changes significantly, the price may need to change too. We'll always agree this with you first.

We'll let you know what we need. You'll just need to make sure the agreed space, tables, chairs and access are available on the day.

Any agreed travel or accommodation costs are additional unless we've said otherwise.

Very occasionally, something unexpected may happen at our end too. If we need to cancel, we'll offer another date or refund your workshop fee.

Please tell us about any accessibility requirements or anything else that would help us make the workshop work well for everyone. Risk assessment and insurance information are available.

We love documenting Painting People workshops, but we'll always check first. Anyone who doesn't want to be photographed absolutely doesn't have to be.
